1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Self-pickup is available at their Kuala Lumpur headquarters or at another specified location upon request, with processing time required before pickup. Delays or lost parcels are handled in accordance with courier services, and international shipping is not offered beyond Malaysia. Shipping costs are based on the volumetric weight of products and may vary or be waived during promotions. The policy may be updated or amended without prior notice.

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT+8:00) should be delivered within 3-7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Yes, you can track your order by go to “Track Your Order” then insert your order ID and Billing Email.

During peak seasons or for high-demand items, order processing may take longer. If delays occur, COOP Mall4Guru will contact you with a new estimated delivery date. You may choose to cancel the order if the new date is unacceptable.

Yes, you can choose the self-pickup option at the default Kuala Lumpur headquarters. If you need the order to be available at a different location, please indicate this in the remarks section or contact customer support within 12 hours of purchase.

Shipping to East Malaysia is limited to items under 30kg volumetric weight. For special requests, contact customer support.

2. RETURN AND REFUND

COOP Mall4Guru offers a 7-day return policy for purchases made on their website, requiring items to be in original condition with tags and packaging. To initiate a return, customers must first contact support via email or WhatsApp for instructions. Non-returnable items include custom products, perishable goods, sale items, and gift cards. Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected, and customers are notified of the approval status. Exchanges can be made by returning the item and placing a new order.

3. FINANCING

The reason for rejections may vary:

1. Debt service ratio limit of a person.

2. Low application score (most institutions implemented their own scores engine called application score, which analyses the customer’s profile – your age, where do you stay, education level, marital status, and so on.

3. Unfavourable credit score. This shows how a person managed their money in the past, including repayment behaviours. Lack of credit records, number of credit cards, high borrowings, repayment timings, high unsecured borrowings.

There is no fee incurred when applying for the financing product, however, in most applications, the service is open to cooperative members only. Thus, please sign up as a cooperative member in order to sign up for the service offered by that cooperative.

There would be some administrative fee incurred when the financing service is approved, it depends on the service provider.

Yes, definitely. COOP Mall4Guru aims to deliver a seamless experience to cooperative members in applying for any financing services, from application to disbursements.

The funds will be disbursed to the assigned beneficiaries bank account.

In most cases, the financed amount will be approved be 48 hours. Disbursements will be the next working day. This is subject to the full documentation and information received by the cooperative.

Each financing product will have its own terms and conditions; you will need to contact the respective cooperative or product page for more information.

You can contact the respective service provider to discuss the repayment alternatives.

Most of the financing services are Shariah Compliance, you may check the service upon signing up.

4. MEMBERSHIP

1. Malaysian citizen

2. Eighteen years of age or older

3. Residing, owning land, or working within the cooperative’s operational area

4. Not someone with an active conviction for a registrable offense, undischarged bankruptcy, or who has been expelled from any cooperative membership within the past year.

1. Dividends: Members receive annual dividends on their investment, subject to the cooperative’s profitability.

2. Financing: Members can access attractive financing options without the need for guarantors.

3. Death Benefit Fund (Khairat Kematian): Provides death benefit contributions between RM10,000 to RM30,000, plus a burial contribution of RM1,000 (regardless of age) to the beneficiaries of active members.

4. Education & Welfare Fund: Offers contributions for continuing education, children’s excellence, death, retirement, natural disasters, and hospitalization for members, their spouses, children, and parents.
